Blast and Ballistics Limited is a company that was formed following many years of design, testing and manufacturing from within the blast, ballistic, high security and fire industry.
Our staff are from the blast, ballistic, physical security and fire industry. We do not employ sales persons. We talk technical – from design through to delivery.
Our aim is to meet and then to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Our Goal
We pride ourselves on our ability to offer solutions to customer’s requirements using independently tested and certificated products. To offer a bespoke service and product, not simply offering someone else’s ‘off the shelf’ solution that simply does the job. Quality and consistency are also two of our other attributes that are equally important.
Because we manufacture, we also control product quality. Our staff have worked on some very prestigious and demanding projects over many years, both overseas and also within the United Kingdom. Providing products and services, protecting people and buildings at all levels, against individual and combined threats. Working with both contractors and other security specialists to provide a comprehensive package and turnkey solution.
Our Approach
Our resources are wide. We have in house 3 dimensional design software with rendering output to provide customers with both full technical details and also visual designs which they can also offer to their own customers. We provide drawings in a wide range of CAD formats and our customers often incorporate them into their own design packages for end users. Blast modelling software and related programs provide accurate and immediate information.
Our specialist software forwards drawings directly to our CNC controlled laser profiling machinery to produce fast and accurate components, from the hardest of materials and using the most complicated shapes and profiles. Products do not have to appear ugly to be strong.
We understand buildings. We understand materials and most of all we understand that the only thing a customer remembers is what he is left with. We always aim to leave our customers satisfied with our products and that is the ethos which has been the foundation of our success.
